Guests can cancel their bookings up to 48 hours before the check-in date without any cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, one night’s charge will be applicable.

In case of no-shows, the full booking amount will be non-refundable. All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

We accept online payments through all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash payments are accepted at the property during check-in.

Advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Partial payment options may be available during special offers or bulk bookings.

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are required to present a valid government ID at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as ID proof.

Our property is partially accessible for guests with disabilities. Selected rooms are on the ground floor with wide entrances and accessible bathrooms.
